and their families, with a focus on the poorest communities in Afghanistan.

Caregiver Support

Small stipends to allow a trusted family member to remain home and provide consistent daily care.

Hygiene Kits

Diapers, wipes, gloves, soap, and tailored hygiene items for each child.

Practical Training

Simple, individualized caregiving routines taught by volunteer trainers familiar with autism.

Awareness & Community Outreach

Sessions in communities and mosques to reduce stigma and teach basic understanding of autism in Dari and Pashto.

Healthcare Access

Connecting families to local physicians, clinics, and specialists where available.

Medication Support

Assistance with essential medications that families cannot afford.

Transportation Help

Support for getting to clinics, medical appointments, and community activities.

Public Access Assistance

Helping families safely access public baths, swimming pools, parks, and other shared spaces.
